The European Graduate Program EMEA
The European Graduate Program EMEA offers an excellent opportunity to develop your professional skills and build a strong foundation for a long-lasting career at Linde.
About the Program
Who should apply?
- You are a top Graduate with a Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering or other Technical Studies, Business, Management or Logistics with technical affinity.
- You have perfect English skills, another European language would be a plus.
- You aspire to be a leader with an international mindset in a diverse, global company.
What lies ahead?
An 18-month journey to uncover strengths, face challenges, embrace the new and lead with empathy. Drive your career forward while making the world more productive. During the program you’ll complete three work assignments in three core business areas: Sales & Marketing, Operations and Supply.
- First 6-month assignment: in your home country.
- Second 6-month assignment: in another European location.
- Third 6-month assignment: back home!
Once you have finished the program, we will support you in finding a position best suited to your strengths.

How does selection work?
Once the application period closes, our work begins! We devote our time and attention to picking the best candidates. Here's how we do it:

We screen all applications carefully to select you for the next stage, by assessing your fit to the programe.
Step 2: Online Test
As the first step, you might be invited to an online test.
Step 3: Interview
Let's meet in a video or face-to-face interview!
Step 4: Assessment Centre
Get to know the hiring committee and other candidates in Munich, Germany.
