What lies ahead for you?

During the 18-month programme you’ll complete three work assignments in three core business areas: Sales & Marketing, Operations and Supply. You’ll stay in your home country for the first assignment (6 months) and travel to another European location for the second assignment (6 months). For the third assignment you will return to your home region (6 months). Once you have finished the programme, we will support you in finding a position best suited to your strengths. Once the application period closes, our work begins! We devote our time and attention to picking the best candidates. Here’s how we do it:

Step 1: We start from the top!
We screen all applications carefully to select you for the next stage, by assessing your fit to the programme.

Step 2: Online Test
As the first step, you might be invited to an online test.

Step 3: Interview
Let's meet in a video or face-to-face interview!

Step 4: The final hurdle
Get to know the hiring committee and other candidates in Munich, Germany.
