Our 24-months trainee program lets you dive into the different fields of Project Execution for global projects within an international organization. You will get a comprehensive view of our business through job rotations in various technical and commercial departments. We will support your personal development with mentoring, a tailor-made training program and with a strong and supportive network. At the end of the program, we’ll help you in finding a position best suited to your strengths.

Once the application period closes, our work begins! We devote our time to picking the best candidates. Here we advance in four steps:
Step 1: Local Screening
We carefully screen all applications by assessing the CVs and motivational letters to pre-select candidates for the next stage.
Step 2: Telephone interview
We arrange a structured interview over the phone.
Step 3: Online testing
If successful, you’ll be invited to an online psychometrics test with a focus on assessing intelligence and social skills.
Step 4: Face-to-face meeting
For a final decision, a line manager and a representative of the human resources department will interview you in person.
