About the Program

Who should apply?

We’re primarily looking for Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineers or graduates from the Accounting and Finance sectors. We ask for some experience in Process Engineering, Process Control and Project Management as well as between 3 to 5 years working experience. A global mind-set is required for this program. You could be relocated in Singapore, Thailand, China or Australia - each with their own culture, traditions and language so you’ll need to be up for the challenge!

What lies ahead?

Over the space of two years, you will build a solid foundation of how our business works. You’ll learn about business & strategy, cross-cultural communication, and collaboration and of course, leadership. We’ll help you identify development needs as well as competencies so you can accelerate through the roles and assignments that you’ll face. With a Senior Manager as a mentor, you’ll always get support if and when you need it.

How do I get the most out of the program?
  • Challenge yourself: opportunity to try out different roles and functions within the organisation that may lead to exciting career options.
  • See the world: get to know new cultures, traditions, and practices by working abroad.
  • Hone your skills: on-the-job training, mentoring and a tailored development program to
  • accelerate participants’ growth and learning.
  • Make connections: opportunities to interact with senior executive and overseas employees to establish powerful networks for the future.
  • Shape your future: the 2- year program will be a springboard for participants to drive and accelerate their careers to new heights in Linde.
