The European Graduate Programme is an 18-months development journey designed for high-potential Master's Graduates. The programme offers an accelerated career path, enabling participants to build the skills and network needed to become leaders of tomorrow.

Throughout the programme, Graduates gain broad business exposure by completing a series of challenging assignments across different functions, teams, and areas of the business. This fast-track development experience helps participants deepen their expertise, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and develop comprehensive understanding of our organization.

We offer the following Graduate career paths:

Each career path combines on-the-job learning, professional development opportunities, and exposure to senior leaders, providing Graduates with a strong foundation for a successful and impactful career.

Embark on an 18-month journey to discover your strengths, tackle meaningful challenges, embrace new experiences, and develop into a leader who inspires through empathy and impact. Drive your career forward while making the world more productive. During the Programme you'll either complete three work assignments in three core business areas Sales & Marketing, Operations and Supply or in the Finance scheme with Finance and related areas, including Pricing and Sourcing.

• First 6-month assignment: in your home country.
• Second 6-month assignment: in another European location.
• Third 6-month assignment: back home!

Or you'll undertake four work assignments across our core business areas: Engineering & Technology, Project Execution and Digitalization.

• First 6-month assignment: in your home country.
• Second 3-month assignment: abroad, either at a construction site or one of our entities.
• Third 3-month assignment: in an interface department in your home country.
• Fourth 6-month assignment: in another interface department in your home country.

• Challenge yourself: Push your own boundaries as you face exciting business projects in a fast paced environment.
• See the world: Get to know new cultures, traditions and practices by working abroad in an international setting.
• Hone your skills: Mentoring and individually tailored training will bring out your best.
• Make connections: Establish a network for life!

• You are a top Graduate with a Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Technical Studies, Business, Management, Finance or Logistics, with a technical affinity.
• You have excellent English skills; another European language is a plus.
• You aspire to be a leader with an international mindset in a diverse, global company.

As the first step, you might be invited to an online test.
